Daily, we compile the listing of any new home, new business or refinance transaction.

Upon the close of the transaction we get copies of all the pertinent information: grant deeds, trust deeds, licensing, etc.

Our staff then carefully compiles and sorts the raw data into a usable format. Once the data is processed properly we purge our old lists to ensure that all of our data is current.

Our phone lists are then compiled by dialing information and getting all the listed phone numbers, confirming them against name and address. Then we run them through the DNC and get them to our clients.
